Personal portfolio
Investiv – personal portfolio tracker
A personal portfolio view: value and returns, trades, charts, dividends, Czech tax notes, a watchlist with alerts, market news, and an AI chat over your holdings — in one place.
In pilot mode for now. Want to try it? Write to hello@investiv.eu.
Overview and open positions
Invested capital, current value, unrealized and realized P&L, XIRR and TWR. Open positions with 1D / 1W / 1M moves, allocation by asset, sector, region and broker, and value over time — optionally next to a benchmark.
Trades, charts and analysis
Price history with buys, sells and dividends, FIFO average cost, and ticker comparison. Enter trades by hand, CSV, or an XTB statement. Live market prices and fund NAVs, a short asset profile, and an optional AI ticker summary.
Dividends and tax
Next-wave estimate, DPS, and YTD from the ledger. A rough Czech PIT view (FIFO, 3-year holding test, CZK 100k limit) lives in its own section — not tax advice.
AI chat and strategy
Portfolio chat answers questions about your positions, taxes and allocation — including what a ticker is. Alongside it: strategy ideas outside the portfolio, custom prompts and response history. Streamed replies, educational tone, never investment advice.
